All our student properties are located within the quiet cul de sac of Springfield, Dundee in the heart of the West Ends Cultural Quarter. Springfield is a historic neo classical street constructed in 1828 and  features rows of imposing GeorgianTownhouses. Springfield is perfectly situated for students, being only 30 seconds walk from Dundee University, but also within easy reach of all the local amenities such as shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes and main bus routes as well as being only a short walk to the City Centre.

Despite being close to the hustle and bustle of the West End, Springfield, being a cul de sac, doesn't suffer from noisy through traffic of pedestrians or vehicles.  

Springfield also has free on street parking, although being adjacent to the main bus routes and only a short walk to the City Centre means that a car isn't really required.
